Martial Arts and Fitness Kickboxing Programs
New Vision Martial Arts offers programs for everyone. From our Little Dragons Program to our Adult Martial Arts and Fitness Kick boxing programs, we have the perfect programs for you and your child.
Little Dragons Program (4-7 year olds)
Our Little Dragons Program is a great way for children to be introduced to the Martial Arts. This program is designed to instill Integrity, Self-Discipline, and Respect for Others while increasing your child’s Self-Confidence, Focus, and Listening Skills.
We understand the energy and attention span of young children; therefore, we have developed a curriculum to retain your Little Dragon’s interest. These 30-minute action-packed classes provide fun and variety to develop your child’s flexibility, balance, and strength while increasing their knowledge and competence in the martial arts. NVMA does not teach your children "how to fight", but gives them the self-esteem needed to "know how NOT to fight".
Martial Arts Program (For ages 8 & up)
This is an energetic, challenging, and stamina building class empowering students to believe they can achieve whatever they set their mind to and to know it is never too late to achieve your dreams! This program is designed to build students form the “inside out.” Class curriculum focuses on building self-efficacy, self-discipline, and self-control. Class instruction blends traditionally-based Martial Arts with correlating life skills seamlessly producing results quickly.
Our students maintain a healthy lifestyle while maintaining a healthy outlook on life. Martial Arts builds strong bodies and most importantly, strong values. Our students learn to use Common Sense before Self-Defense and to never be Abusive or Offensive.
We are proud to help students of all ages reconnect with the time-honored principles of Courtesty, Integrity, Perseverance, Indomitable Spirit, and Self-Control This is also a great opportunity for parents to develop a bond with their children by participating and ranking in the same activity. Fitness Kickboxing (For ages 15 & up)
It’s a Self-Improvement class where boxing gloves are the accessories! This class is designed for individuals looking for a fun, heart-pumping workout without the traditional standards of the martial arts (bowing and yelling). Unlike joining a gym, membership in our school is an excellent way to develop your Mind, Body AND Spirit! Plus, our instructors will serve as your own personal trainers! We'll motivate you, work individually with you, and even call you if you miss classes. What gym can offer that level of service?
Our instructors understand that students have different personal goals, whether it's to maintain a health weight, lower your rist for heart disease, cross-train for a different sport, or just have more energy while playing with your kids. If you want to hit targets, laugh with your friends, and sweat off those extra pounds, this is the class for you.
We offer 2 types of classes to fit any level or desire of workout.
KICKBOX LIFE - No bouncing, jumping, or sharp twisting. This class is for anyone wanting to get back in shape in a laid back and supportive atmosphere.
KICKBOX SPORT - Full-contact training without the bruises or injuries. Bouncing, jumping rope, sit-up and aderenaline-pumping partner drills. A definite step-up from KICKBOX LIFE. bouncing, jumping, or sharp twisting.
