How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Previously was a certified auto mechanic and when the cars started using computers moved to my second love which was motorcycles.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Spending time to explain to the customer how their bike works, what went wrong, give them the old parts, show them what they need in the future.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one 10,000 sq ft shop
